Refund Policy

Below is the refund policy for products purchased from Curve2 Design. Refunds will be issued at the sole descretion of Curve Design.

A refund may be issued only if the following conditions are met:

We are unable to successfully install our product and you can provide proof that the server the product was purchased for meets the minimum system requirements for the product in question. In the event of difficulties we must be given full FTP and HTTP access to investigate any issues on your server.
You will give us every aid and assistance that we may require to resolve any issues that we may find with the server environment.
We are otherwise unable to successfully install the product in question on the server that the product has been purchased to run on.
We have not yet issued you a license file for the product in question.
The refund is requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
Provided the above conditions are met, your purchase price less a processing fee of 15% will be refunded.

A refund WILL NOT be issued for any of the following reasons:

You change your mind about the product after you have purchased the product. We strongly encourage you the take full advantage of the online demos we provide for our products. Please make every effort to ensure that our product is right for your needs. We also strongly recommend that you have your ISP confirm that your server will meet the minimum system requirements of the product(s) you are interested in. If you have any questions about a product or the system requirements of a product please contact us before making your purchase.
Your server environment changes after successful installation of the product. For example, if your ISP changes the configuration/software of your hosting account, or you move the product to a different server or operating system.
We have already issued a license file to you for the product in question.
The refund is requested after 30 days from the purchase date.

Additional Information

We understand that situations may arise in which the above conditions may not apply. In such situations Curve2 Design may decide to issue a full or partial refund based on that specific situation. Whether or not a refund is issued is solely at the discretion of Curve2 Design.

A refund may be denied if we have reason to believe the purchaser is dealing in bad faith or we have reason and evidence to believe that the purchaser intends to use the application in a way that would violate the license agreement for the product(s) in question.
